My Counseling Approach
I'm passionate, diverse and empathetic, providing a comforting, yet productive environment for my clients. My goal for each session is to make you feel heard, to provide emotional/mental support and to encourage personal growth. During sessions, we will work together to meet our created goals and to assess our ongoing progress.
My style of counseling is collaborative between my client and myself. We will work together to identify strengths and create counseling goals. Throughout sessions I will use many different counseling strategies in order to meet my client's individual needs. I commonly use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and EMDR skills.
